By accepting the Terms, you warrant that you are of legal age and have the right, authority, and capacity to accept and be bound to all the Terms of this Service.
4. Use of the Service
The Service is intended for personal use by individuals seeking employment and employers or recruiters seeking candidates for employment ("You" or "Users"). Users are permitted to download single copies of the contents of the Service for personal use which is non-commercial in nature. Users understand that information posted on the Service will be available to other Users who have access to the Service. Contents of the Service may not be sold, copied, or transferred without the expressed written approval of the Company. The Service may only be used for lawful purposes and within the conditions indicated in the Terms. The Company is the exclusive interpreter of the Service’s intended and acceptable use. Use of the Service other than those indicated in the Terms is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to terminate and/or refuse the use of the Service to Users.
You are responsible for the text or information (“Content”) you submit, publish, post, or display (“Post”, “Posting”, or “Posted”) on the Website. By Posting Content on the Website, You grant, represent, and warrant, that you have the right to grant the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, the loyalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the Content worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. 4.1 Employers
The Company grants employers the use of the Service for internal business use for purposes of seeking potential employees by advertising their employment requirements or by accessing the Service’s database of the jobseekers’ resumes. The Company reserves the right to transfer, edit, or delete inappropriate or miscategorised advertisements. The Company may require employers to present verifiable business documents to use the Service. Employers names displayed on the Service must match the business name indicated on the presented business documents.
4.2 Jobseekers
The Company grants jobseekers the use of the Service for purposes of seeking potential employment by sending contact information and/or resumes directly to potential employers. Jobseekers may also post their resume on the website for purposes of employment only. Your posted resume/profile will be accessible to the public. We recommend that you do not include your last name, street address, or other information that you may consider personal and/or confidential in your posted resume. To help protect you from scams, The Company is strictly prohibiting the publishing of telephone numbers, cellular phone numbers, and email addresses in the resume posting section. The Company reserves the right to transfer, edit, or delete inappropriate or miscategorised postings.
5. Rules & Prohibitions
5.1. Users of the Service agree not to use it to post and/or send text or information:
- that is in violation of any law or regulation
- that intends or attempts to swindle Users of the Service
- that is libellous, defamatory, unlawful, obscene, pornographic, offensive, abusive, threatening, or hateful.
- that is not related to seeking employment or employees.
- that impersonates any other person or entity of which you are not.
- that is intentionally false and deceitful.
- about business opportunities or for commissions only jobs without clearly specifying the product or service to be sold.
- about pyramid schemes, or jobs that requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors, or agents.
- that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights of others.
- about another person without that person’s expressed written consent
- for marketing purposes or for sending out “spam”, unsolicited communications of any type, and to promote businesses, products, or services
- that advertises services that are illegal and prohibited by these terms
- that includes information and/or links to websites that are competitors of the Company’s website
- that includes information and/or links to other websites which contain information on illegal, prohibited practices, or contents that are prohibited on the Service
- that contains viruses, and/or “Trojan horses” or any other computer code, computer files or programs designed to interrupt, disrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware
5.2 Users are only allowed to publish one JOB TITILE per JOB POSTING.
5.3 Users are not allowed to delete or revise any material on the Service that was posted by another person or entity, aggregate, copy, or duplicate information available on the Service and reverse engineering, deciphering, or decompiling the Service.
5.4 Users are not allowed to post irrelevant content, repeatedly post the same, similar, or unrelated content in different sections and/or categories, and/or put a disproportionately large load on the Company’s infrastructure.
5.5. Users are not allowed to test or violate the security of the Service. Any attempt to compromise the functionality of the Service or the Company’s system or network may result in civil or criminal liability. This includes, without limitation, sending information that is not yours, accessing data that is not intended for access, attempting to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, attempting to probe or test the vulnerability of a system or network, forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting. Also prohibited are the sending, creating, and replying to “mail bombs” (sending large or multiple electronic messages to recipients with malicious intent) and flooding the system of the Company or its Users.
6. Fees and Payments
For employers, payments by bank deposit requires a copy of the deposit transaction receipt and must be sent through email together with the corresponding unique post ID(s) for the pending-posting to be publicly accessible. Pending posting-order(s) will be deleted and removed from the Service if payment is not received within 30-days from the date of the posting-order.
Jobseekers are FREE to register and use the site.
7. Registration and password
Complete registration is required to enable members to use most parts of the Service. You should provide the Company correct and verifiable information. You are responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of your password, registration, and billing information. You are responsible for all the transactions with the Company made through your account or using your information whether it is authorized or not authorized by you. You agree to inform the Company of the misuse of your password, registration, and billing information immediately.

8. No Guaranty
The Company does not guarantee that the use of the Service will result in being employed or will result in the hiring of candidates. The Company makes no claims and does not guarantee the effectiveness of using the Service.
9. Privacy
When Users register to become members of the Service, you will be asked to provide the Company with certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address. You understand and agree that the Company may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. The Company will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number and other personal information without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.

Help Placement Services Inc. acts as a venue for Users to view content of the Service, for employers to Post job opportunities and seek potential candidates for employment and for jobseekers to Post resumes and seek potential employers. The Company is not involved in the transactions between employers and jobseekers. The Company is not obligated to review, screen, or monitor the Content on the Service. The Company does not guarantee or represent the truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of the Content Posted on the Website. However, the Company may review, transfer, or delete Content that is in violation of the Terms. Deleted Content will be removed from the Company’s databases and cannot be retrieved. The Company reserves the right to suspend, expel, or prevent access to the Service to Users who violate the Terms. The Company may take legal action against Users who create a liability to the Company or may compromise the Company’s relationship with its suppliers, Internet Service Provider’s, and other partners.
You assume all the risks involved in using the Service such as dealing with strangers and anonymous entities. You should use common sense when transacting or communicating under these conditions. The company is not involved in the transactions or communications of the Users. In cases where there are disputes between Users, the company is released from damages and claims from such disputes.
