DR. DAISY MORAN TAMAYO
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Daisy M. Tamayo took her primary and secondary education from Cebu City Central School where she graduated valedictorian in 1958. She was also awarded as one of the most outstanding nursing graduates of Siliman University in 1965 and became a registered nurse. A few years later, she earned her Masters degree in Nursing from New York University.
She also became a college professor at the University of East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center. In 2003, she earned her Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development from the Southeast Asia Interdisciplinary Development Institute. In the same year, she was installed as second president of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
In 1975, Dr. Daisy co-founded her husband Dr./Bgen Antonio Laperal Tamayo, the Perpetual Help College of Rizal in Las Piñas. Dr. Daisy Tamayo serves as the Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of the Board, Chairperson of the Chief Executive Board and Corporate Treasurer of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, Perpetual Help Medical Center and the DALTA Group of Companies from 1975 to present.
In 2006, she assumed the responsibility as Chairman of the Board of the Perpetual Help Placement Services International, Inc. up until now.
MARK CARLO O. TAMAYO, ME
President and CEO
Mr. Mark Carlo O. Tamayo is one of the founders of Perpetual Help Placement as part of his forward integration project for his Masters in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management in 2005. He has been the President and CEO of the agency since it was established.
He is also currently the Senior Executive Vice President of the University of Perpetual Help System JONELTA group of companies. These companies own and manage the University of Perpetual Help schools and hospitals, University Savings Bank, Heavens Park Memorial Parks and Chapels and Sol Y Viento Resorts and Hotel.
He, too, holds the position as the Chairman of the Board of the University Savings Bank.
From 2004 up until now, he is the Chief Operating Officer of the University of Perpetual Help System - Isabela campus. He is formerly the General Manager of Jonelta Memorial Parks, Inc.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Asia & the Pacific in 2002, followed by a Master's in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management in 2006.
MANUEL LAPERAL TAMAYO, BSC, MBA

Mr. Manuel L. Tamayo is one of the members of the Board of Directors of Perpetual Help Placement Services International Inc. since it was established.
Before he began his leadership in Perpetual Placement, he was one of the members of the Board of Directors of the University of Perpetual Help System-Jonelta in the City of Biñan, Laguna from 1980 up to the present.
From 2000 until this time, Mr. Manuel L. Tamayo held various positions at Perpetual Help College Manila namely: the Chief Operating Officer, Regent/Board Liaison Director, Executive Vice President & Corporate Secretary.
In 2004 up until now, he was given various responsibilities at the Jonelta Memorial Parks and Chapels in the City of Biñan, Laguna. He became the Managing Director, Regent/Board Liaison Director, Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Secretary. In the same year, he was appointed as the Managing Director of the University of Perpetual Help System - Isabela Campus and Chief Operating Officer of University of Perpetual Help System - Pangasinan Campus.
Mr. Manuel Tamayo also holds the positions of Regent/Board Liaison Director at Tamayo Agricultural Development Corporation and Corporate Secretary at Latas Deco, with a BS in Commerce majoring in Management from the University of Santo Tomas and an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University, Makati City.
DR./LTCOL. VICTOR LAPERAL TAMAYO, MD, MHA

Dr./LtCol. Victor L. Tamayo assumed his leadership as one of the members of the Board of Directors of Perpetual Help Placement Services International Inc. in March, 2016.
His extensive leadership roles include serving as:

- Board Treasurer
- Board Liaison Director, Sol Y Viento Mountain Hot Springs Resort
- VIce Chairman, Jonelta Memorial Parks, Inc.

He holds a BS in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna, and a Masters in Hospital Administration from Ateneo de Manila.
DR. ANTHONY JOSE MORAN TAMAYO, PhD, MBA, Ed.M, FBE

Dr. Anthony Jose M. Tamayo is one of the members of the Board of Directors of Perpetual Help Placement Services International Inc.
He is the eldest son of Dr./BGen Antonio Laperal Tamayo and Dr. Daisy Moran Tamayo, founders of the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
Dr. Tamayo assumed his Presidency of University of Perpetual Help System DALTA in 2010. He initiated a university upgrade program through improvement in facilities, faculty, curricula, teaching tools and other quality indicators. He provided leadership in elevating the Las Piñas campus to Autonomous status (2017-2019 and 2019-2021) and the Molino and Calamba campuses to Deregulated status (2019-2021). He also steered the university system towards achieving ISO 9001-2015 certification.
In October, 2020, Dr. Tamayo was also elected as the 49th President of the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU), the oldest existing private education association in the country.
In June, 2021, he brought more honor to the Perpetual Help System and the Tamayo clan when he became the Chairman of the Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations of the Philippines (COCOPEA).
Dr. Tamayo graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Business Administration and Accountancy from UP Diliman, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Additionally, he earned a Master's in Education from Harvard University and a Doctorate in Organization Development from the Southeast Asian Interdisciplinary Institute (SAIDI).
